Oakwood's Cancellation Policy
I understand I acquire no rights to an apartment until I sign a Lease and it has been accepted by the Lessor in the form submitted to me and pay a holding fee (if applicable) on the apartment I have selected. In consideration of the Landlord’s holding this apartment for me, I acknowledge should I cancel my application, that the holding fee, application fee, or administration fee (if applicable) will not be refunded. I hereby certify that the information herein contained is correct and that any falsification or misrepresentation will immediately void this application.
I hereby submit with owner/agent, the holding fee (if applicable) non-refundable administration fee (if applicable), and application fee, on the premises listed above. I understand that these fees will be retained by the management if this application is approved and I am unable to fulfill the conditions of occupancy. I acknowledge that the Landlord will suffer damages as a result of the processing of this application and holding the specified unit off the market.
